Ella Foundation
Ella foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization that aims to promotes empowerment of deaf persons in the community.
The Ella Foundation seeks to raise awareness and sensitize the public about the challenges faced by the Deaf community, promoting understanding of Deaf culture and the use of sign language. We also advocate for Deaf inclusion in the formal sector through corporate mentorship and disability programs, empowering individuals toward financial independence and entrepreneurship, ensuring they have equal opportunities for success in society.

public, and organizing
events and campaigns to
highlight the challenges
faced by Deaf individuals.
To offer support and
resources to Deaf
individuals and their
families, including
counseling services, peer
support groups, and
information on assistive
technologies and other
resources that can help
them thrive.
To foster networking and
collaboration among Deaf
individuals, organizations,
and allies by organizing
conferences, workshops,
and other events that allow
community members to
connect, share ideas, and
collaborate on projects.
To encourage research and
innovation in the field of
deafness, we will
collaborate with academic
institutions to deepen our
understanding of Deaf
culture, language, and
identity, as well as the
challenges faced by Deaf
individuals in society.
